Give us your comments, opinions or questions on the issue being discussed.

To ensure that everyone has time to speak, we allow three minutes per person. We may or may not allow each person one additional time period to provide new information.

Public comment limited to (3) minutes - three minutes will be allowed per person for public comment. Board members will take your comments but will not respond.
